The Opportunity:
We operate a premium B2B platform with two core products designed for enterprise-level decision makers:
Enterprise Directory Listings + Access to data – a high-visibility listing product for companies to be discovered by buyers, partners, and decision-makers.
Enterprise Executive Memberships – a paid executive membership that provides premium access, benefits, and connections within our enterprise ecosystem.
We also run world-class live events which attract thousands of Gaming professionals to network, learn and do business.
We’re focused on measurable growth: driving acquisition of qualified demand, improving conversion rates, and building a scalable engine for all our products.
We’re looking for a Demand Gen & Growth Marketing Manager who can combine demand generation with CRO to drive consistent lead volume, increase conversion performance, and grow revenue
Key Responsibilities:
Own Growth Strategy Across Both B2B Products and Live Events
You will develop and execute growth strategies to increase:
· Enterprise Directory Listing sales (companies buying visibility + leads)
· Executive Memberships (paid premium memberships)
· Audience acquisition (live event registrations and ticket sales)
Demand Generation (Lead + Pipeline Growth)
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) + Funnel Improvement
Messaging + Offer Positioning
Analytics, Tracking, and Performance Reporting
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:
Strong experience in demand generation
Performance marketing and conversion optimisation, with a proven ability to drive qualified leads, improve funnel performance and translate marketing activity into measurable revenue outcomes.
You will be comfortable operating in a hands-on growth role, owning campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and channel execution through to testing, optimisation and performance reporting.
You will have a strong experimentation mindset and be confident using data and insight to continuously refine messaging, targeting and conversion journeys.
